Zootech Department Day Celebration “Felic Unio” was held on Feb 14, 2015
“Felic Unio”, Zootech Department Day celebrations was held in MCA Hall, UC College on February 14, 2015. The programme was inaugurated Dr. Shirley Thomas, Head of the Department and Co-ordinator at 10:00 am. The chief guests included founding father of the department Dr. Chacko, and students of the first batch. Former students of the department had attended the function. The cultural events included group dance, drama, songs, fashion show by the students.
The function started with prayer by Chaplain. Dr. Shirley Thomas addressed the audience and introduced the uests to the students. The teaching staff of the department Dr. Ranjit K, Mr. Varghese Tomas, Ms. Helvin Vincent, Ms. Anju V Nair, Ms. Asha MP, invited staff Mr. Justin Verghese of Department of Commerce and non-teacing staff Dhanya and Anju were were actively involved in the managing the function. The student volunteers included Paul, Sreejith, Samiya, Merlin and Arjun.
