Encouraging Women Blood Donors
On 14th June ,world blood donors day , the Biotechnology division of UC College conducted a programme to encourage women blood donors.Gilcy Anto, I MSc Biotechnology student shared her experience as a donor with the girl students of the department to decrease the fear among them. Posters were exhibited in the college to bring awareness among the students about the necessity of blood donation. A donors club for women is also planned.
